Having succeeded in erecting a big hotel SUHAS in Mapusa city for lower and middle class of people of every corner of country and running it successfully, we thought of letting these people enjoy a better status and little more luxury at a place where normally they do not afford to stay and that is the world famous Calangute beach of Goa.                

                 So we constructed one more hotel Suhas in Calangute in the thick woods, yet in the central locality just 6 minutes walking distance from the golden sand of Calagute beach and couple of minutes walk from the most crowded market of Calangute.

                 The hotel is proposed to be of 50 rooms but initially we have started with 10 rooms with A/C and non A/C, single to three 4 bedded and also 8 to 12 bedded for the groups in a plot of around 2000 sq. mts of area and within a beautiful lawn and garden of varieties of trees and plantation. It is being in the calm and cool place, most suited for the honeymoon couples also for families as they can enjoy high status of wine, dine and dance with the beautiful tunes on hi-fi surround sound on the open lawn garden while enjoying the homely Goan food of their choice.

                 Not only couples and families but it is equally enjoyable for the groups as the surrounding is so much cheerful, spacious and having all sorts of amenities like round the clock hot and cold water, especially to drink there is aqua guard purified water and huge car parks, plenty of sanitary facilities, except the swimming pool only. For the groups, we allow to cook their own food for which we give them separate kitchen at the moderate charges. 

                Almost all the essential amenities are provided in each room such as 4” thick coir foam mattresses on the beds, chair & writing table, tea poys, fan, attached toilet with wash basin outside the toilet yet inside the room so that at a time two persons can simultaneously perform toilet activities inside the room while others can use the toilets and wash basins out side in the passage. Every rooms is having cable T.V.  There is also a private water well to maintain uninterrupted water supply.                          

                 Having all-round facilities, the hotel room tariff is convincingly cheap at the best of the amenities. So the people who want to enjoy cool and calm place amidst thick woods still couple of minutes walk from the most crowded area such as market, almost all banks, post, gymnastics, sports club etc. are most welcomed to this hotel
