INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING

(1) Before booking, kindly see in the image gallery, all the photographs of hotel, it’s location, surroundings, inside

      and outside of rooms and the correct location from the google satellite map and having satisfied, proceed.

(2) Agents may take their reasonable commission or service charge etc., (10% maximum) above our rates mentioned in

     `tariff card’, displayed above and on the `tariff board’ of both `hotel SUHAS, Mapusa’ and `Hotel SUHAS, Calangute’.. 

(3) Availability of required rooms may be enquired from the following 3 lines:7588441011/2 & 9168607701 and after 

     availability`non-refundable’ payment, worth of one day tariff, plus Rs. 50/- for bank’s NEFT/ECS charges, may be

     made soon in any one of the following banks, by cash/cheque, NEFT/ECS or by `net banking’ as per your convenience.

(5) On any one of our above 3 lines, give your data as questioned by our staff members which shall be displayed on our

     web site www.hotelsuhas.com under the subject-head of `Booking Confirmation’  

(6)  Check the said data on our website and bring to the notice of our office mistake if any which shall be corrected.

(7) Please check the location of our hotels which is shown in the image gallery which will enable you to locate hotel easily.

(8) You may check google satelite maps as well to locate precisely our both `hotel suhas' at Calangute & other at Mapusa

Check in time: 10.00 a.m, check out: next 9.00 a.m. Children above 3 ½ feet height are treated as chargeable persons.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In case after booking if, any one does not check in on the day of arrival within 12 hrs.(unless otherwise prior intimation of late comming) from the time of check in, the booking is liable to be cancelled without any refund of payment.

RULES, REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HOTEL LODGERS

1. Right of admission, at the discretions of the management.
2. Individual lodger or family  holder of the lodgers or the leader of the group of lodgers must have with him his I-card such as election card or driving license or employment card or pan card or any other authenticated card on which his full address is mentioned along with his photograph.
3. Sign the register admitting your detail entry in it and the rules displayed ahead on hotel-board.
4. Normal `check in’ is10 a.m. but could be allowed earlier provided room is ready. Similarly normal `check out’ is next 9 a.m. but could be allowed till 10 a.m. only if there is no rush for check-in  
5. Pay at minimum one-day tariff on entry with deposit of Rs. 150/- extra refundable if no loss or damage is done to hotel property which however shall be recovered as per it`s value.
6. Deposit any cash / valuables in safe with the hotel Management, against the receipt thereof in default hotel management is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage.
7. Advance booking is confirmed on receipt of 1-day nonrefundable tariff amount and the remaining days-tariff amount be paid soon on arrival while checking in.
8. After check-in, confirm your further stay by paying in advance tariff of as many days you want to stay which, amount is not refundable in peak season like Diwali & Christmas school holidays.
9. As this is an economy class hotel in the heart of commercial town of Goa and in the warm coastal region, we provide only 2 bathing towels and 2 covering bed-sheets, and 2 soaps, even if occupants are more. Clean bed sheets, pillow covers, etc. provided for every bed, shall be changed after every 2 days for the  same lodgers.
10. Do not waste water and inform if leakage is noticed anywhere. Also, do not wash clothes, tie ropes or nail in walls instead ask for laundry, do not spit or throw garbage anywhere instead use wash basin and dustbin respectively. Eating of gutkha and things alike, are banned in Goa. Smoking in public place is also prohibited.
11. Plucking of flowers, fruits, climbing up or pelting stones at trees etc. strictly prohibited.
12. Outside food or drink is not allowed inside this hotel, instead Bar-Restaurant is provided.
13. Those groups who want to prepare their own food can be offered special kitchen and dining premises at extra cost on advance booking.
14. Whenever leaving the room please close all taps, put all switches off, lock door and windows, return key at counter and obtained payment receipt at the time of checking out.
15. Lodgers returning from outing too late in the night beyond 12.00 midnight, shall have to obtain prior permission from the management.
16. Visitors to the lodgers are allowed only in reception, inside room, at the discretion of Management.
17. Your queries, comments, suggestions, objections, etc. are ever welcomed at the counter.
18. Site seeing, boat cruises etc. tours, and two wheeler, four wheeler etc. on rent can be arranged by the hotel provided you have driving licence for self driving.
